Design process & Innovation

Every Raio Wear jersey started with hand-drawn sketches and croquis, refining bold yet minimalist graphics that reflected the energy of our riders. The designs weren’t just about aesthetics—they were crafted with strategic intent, ensuring a balance between visual impact and functionality. I carefully selected fabrics for breathability, flexibility, and durability, placing materials in key areas to enhance performance and comfort. Every detail, from seam placement to print scaling, was considered to create a jersey that looked as sharp as it felt.

Sublimation & Color Expertise

At Raio Wear, every jersey was crafted using high-quality sublimation printing, a process that ensures vibrant, long-lasting colors that won’t fade or crack over time. This technique allows the ink to bond directly with the fabric, keeping the material lightweight and breathable while maintaining sharp, detailed designs.

Understanding how colors behave in sublimation was key—I worked with precise color calibration to ensure bold tones stayed rich and neutrals remained clean. By carefully selecting inks, temperatures, and fabric compositions, I achieved a seamless blend of performance and aesthetics, creating jerseys that looked as good as they felt on the ride.
